Class Descriptions
Iyengar Yoga Iyengar Yoga begins with physical health and awareness, but goes beyond to embrace emotional and spiritual growth. Props play a central role in the method of Iyengar Yoga. They help the practitioner to execute the pose correctly and to understand the mechanics of the pose without strain.. B.K.S. Iyengar who was voted by Time Magazine as one of the world's 100 most influential people in 2004. in 2004.
Level 1 Basic yoga postures and concepts (including alignment, breathing, and relaxation).
Level 1-2 Wider range of poses, including inversions, backbends, and forward bends.
Yoga Core Conditioning A total body workout to achieve a strong, flexible and healthy body for everyone of all levels. All classes include a cardio element and are moved by upbeat and inspirational music.
