Evan Roman
Evan will be rejoining the Maui Yoga Path from sunny Colorado. She has been studying and teaching yoga for nearly a decade. Evan’s foundation of alignment and safety came from her mother, Deni Roman. From the age of 14 Evan began studying with renowned teachers from New Mexico, Washington, Thailand, and Colorado. She is also a devoted Vipassana meditation student and recently graduated from Naropa University with a B.F.A in Performance and Critical Theory.
Evan infuses the alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga with the mental awareness of Vipassana meditation and the fluidity of mind and body of the ancient art of Belly Dance. Her classes are available for all levels and backgrounds. Give yourself the gift of showing up for yourself.
“We are taught our whole lives how to talk and how to get our personal agenda across. Consistent practice of meditation and yoga teach us the rare art of listening, surrendering, Right Action.”
